Intermec Systems - Helped create web-based sales training for Value Added Resellers of Intermec's laser scanner devices. Designed lesson modules, recorded audio at the client's site, edited the audio, photographed client employees as models for the production. Out performed internal benchmark training group.

United States Marine Corps - Analyzed current USMC training systems for AV-8B Harrier pilots determining suitability for infusing technology training methods, specifically CBT, WBT, desktop flight simulation and performance support systems. Conducted surveys and interviews with 37 key personnel in two states across the AV-8B command. Found over $600,000 first year ROI.

US Navy - Analyzed existing HF Systems Maintenance Technician courses for the Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) determining suitability for infusing technology training methods, specifically CBT, WBT, and performance support systems. Found nearly $450,000 first year ROI.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport - Redesigned, re-wrote, and re-authored existing Aircraft Survivability Equipment CBT for porting to WBT. Improved effectiveness of training an estimated 125%.

HomeGrocer.com - Conducted a full needs and task analysis of the warehouse Receiving and Pick/Ship functions, and developed instructor-led training for recurrent and new-hire training. Conducted process and procedure documentation, and developed instructor-led training for employees.

AT&T Wireless Services’ Aviation Communications Division (ACD) – Conducted a full needs analysis and created the curriculum of study and training for over 100 Line Maintenance Technicians who maintain the aviation telephony systems on commercial airplanes. Trained ACD personnel to develop training in-house, and worked closely with the ACD Quality Group to ensure full compliance with applicable ISO 9000, FAA, and airline requirements. Laid groundwork and created working prototypes for an Intranet Training Resource Center.

Boeing Commercial Airplane Group – Trained over 165 Systems Analysts, Help Desk personnel and others on the business rules and requirements to use Microsoft's SMS software, HP's IT/O software, and other information technology processes and procedures. Worked in the DCAC/MRM effort.

SCS/Compute - Revised on-line WINHelp for their CPA tax software package. Devised a plan for creating new HTML Help for new or upgraded software. Developed and implemented a system to analyze and track the progress of projects already underway. Simplified and reduced the volume of the system by nearly 35%.

Microsoft - Developed internal communication/documentation system, reviewing and revising training documentation from the vendor (Axiom Information Systems of Australia) for the international rollout of a new Consultant Management System for Microsoft's Information Technologies Group/Microsoft Consultant Services. Developed and implemented the Team Intranet Website in support of rollout personnel in 13 nations.

AT&T Wireless Services - Performed technical and process analysis and documentation, wrote training aids, developed CBT and produced video training for AT&T Wireless' major business database, AXYS v3.0. Helped develop AT&T Wireless' CBT training approach, contributing expertise in many areas such as training analysis, CBT development, GUI design, and adult training methods, as well as video production.
